Do note that BetandPlay will list the sport in the menu even if there are currently no active betting markets open. For example, when we checked, no betting options popped up for NASCAR or Curling. Our analysis revealed BetandPlay’s payout rates are solid: 92% for tennis, 94% for soccer, 95% for basketball and football, and 93% for ice hockey.
